This Advisor’s Training Needs Analysis (TNA) report is one of a number of resources being developed as part of the A Lighter Touch biologicals awareness and integration project.
The TNA’s purpose was to map current skills and gaps in the extension system and identify areas for improvement and training priorities.
The project also includes also includes a biologicals case study, a checklist, and tailored biologicals extension work with the programme’s product group partners.
