In our April newsletter, we announce a new investor in the programme, with PGG Wrightson (PGW) becoming ALT’s first merchant partner. With a large network of horticulture, field and technical advisors across New Zealand, PGW’s support will be invaluable in ensuring the tools and knowledge coming out of the programme are put into practice on farms and orchards.
We’re also sharing updates from projects in buttercup squash and summerfruit crops, news of the successful harvest of marketable lettuce and broccoli crops using integrated pest management (IPM) at our demonstration farm, and we feature Summerfruit New Zealand in our ALT partner spotlight this month.
