The programme business case sets out the broad direction of the programme and associated outcomes and KPIs, with key actions and deadlines contained in annual workplans.
Preparation of the 2021-22 annual workplan is underway, and an outline will be presented to the January PGG meeting, the full draft workplan presented to the IRG February meeting, and then finalised for PGG approval at a special March 2021 meeting.
The workplan will specify all of the work to be done in 2021-22 and the allocated budget.
Many Programme Participants have identified projects that they would like the programme to work on during the 2021-22 year.
