The Fresh Produce Safety Centre (FPSC) is hosting the International Fresh Produce Safety Symposium (IFPSS) in Sydney on 21-22 July 2026.
Two international keynote speakers will bring global insights, practical experience and forward-thinking perspectives to the two day event. The speakers are Dr Elizabeth (Betsy) Bihn from Produce Safety Alliance (USA) and D’Arcie Rice from British Leafy Salads Association (UK).
The IFPSS programme is being developed to tackle the issues shaping produce safety today, from water quality and microbiological risk management to emerging technologies and evolving food safety risks, and is designed for growers, packers, researchers, regulators, food safety professionals and industry leaders committed to strengthening fresh produce safety across the supply chain.
